How We Ship Customer Orders

All orders placed before 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders after 3 P.M. EST will be shipped out the following business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email from us with your tracking number.

Shipping Carrier

Our current method of shipping is using PosLaju for Malaysia and for the rest of the world we are using Pos Malaysia International Small Packet (Air) postage shipping plan. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days subject to country of destination and Customs clearance.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship to overseas. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 16 business days from the day you place your order and provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. We will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. For orders to locations that are not listed in our shipping plan please contact us.

We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Our fees only reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills us for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund excluding the shipping charges. We are unable to re-send orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
